Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases of the LiveClass Sync for LearnDash plugin. As this is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, no physical returns are required.

1. Digital Product Nature

The plugin is a downloadable digital product. Once the plugin files and license key are delivered, access is considered granted and in use.

2. Risk-Free 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a risk-free refund period of 14 days from the date of purchase.

You may request a refund within this timeframe if:

  • You are not satisfied with the plugin
  • You encounter a technical issue that prevents normal use

Refunds will not be granted if the request is made:

  • After the 14-day period has passed
  • Due to incorrect purchases
  • Because the plugin does not work on unsupported hosting environments
  • Due to conflicts caused by third-party themes, plugins, or custom code
  • Because you no longer want or need the plugin

To improve our service, we may request additional details about the issue before processing the refund.

3. Support Requirement

If the refund request is based on a technical problem, you agree to allow our support team to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. This ensures fairness and helps improve the product.

4. License Expiration and Renewals

A valid and active license is required for the plugin to operate.

When the license expires:

  • The plugin stops working
  • No updates will be available
  • No support will be provided

Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. You may renew your license at any time to restore full functionality.

5. License Upgrades

Customers may upgrade their license plan by paying the prorated difference. License upgrades are not refundable.

7. EU Consumer Information

Under EU law, digital products delivered immediately are not eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal period once download or use begins. Our 14-day risk-free refund period replaces this withdrawal right.
