These Terms of Service govern your use of the LiveClass Sync for LearnDash plugin and our website. By purchasing, downloading, or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Product

LiveClass Sync for LearnDash is a WordPress plugin designed to integrate Zoom meetings with LearnDash courses. The plugin is delivered digitally and requires a valid license to operate.

The plugin may rely on third-party services such as Zoom and LearnDash. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those services.

2. License Terms

When you purchase the plugin, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the number of websites included in your plan.

Your license includes:

  • Access to plugin files
  • Product updates while the license is active
  • Support during the active license period

Your license does not include:

  • Permission to redistribute, resell, or share the plugin files
  • Permission to sublicense or transfer the license to another person or business
  • Access to updates or support after license expiration

If the license expires, the plugin will stop working until renewed.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, license key, and any login credentials used to access our website or services.

You must not share license keys publicly or with unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Zoom account management or LearnDash configuration unrelated to the plugin

7. Refunds

We offer a risk-free 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting environments, or configuration errors

The plugin is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind unless required by law.

9. User Responsibilities
